TYS TYLS vibrating screens is a large screening equipemnt and has been popular with users through promotion and application in recent years.It has large processing capacity and higher screening efficiency,widely used to classify ores in metallurgy,mining and is the ideal equipment in large screening.

2.Working principle and construction

The screen is consisted of three inclined angles decks ,driven by three shafts. Their synchronous and stable movement is achieved depending on synchronous machine . The trajectory of movement is ellipse , materials depth is almost equal on each segments of deck , so it is called elliptical isopach screen .This screening is good for materials to convey forward , layer and screen . so it has larger processing capacity and higher screening efficiency .When processing capacity and screening efficiency are the same , its smaller dimension can save investment and reduce space .

It is consisted of screen box ,plate ,exciter , isolation system ,gearing and discharging hopper .material of screen plate should select polyurethane or wear resistant moulded steel . Exciter eccentric block rotating is driven by motor which is transmited through synchronous machine .

3.Using conditions

The fall of feeding is requested not more than 1000m in order to reduce impacting of deck from materials . Feeding materials should be well-proportioned , then the screen machine can working more regularly .

Sealed cowling ,exhaust fan and dust catcher should be installed on the top of the screening device, there should be handhole and manhole on seal cowl for maintainer to inspect easily .
